Our Story
We're passionate about leadership.
Our President / CEO and founder, Mike Lalonde was an intelligence officer in the Canadian Armed Forces. After 23 years he retired and started a new career in politics. He won his nomination campaign in a landslide victory and developed one of the best local campaign teams in Eastern Ontario.
Mike’s extensive leadership experience led him to create Vanguard Leaders, a consulting firm that focuses on leadership centric strategies to help organizations succeed. Our team includes veterans from the Canadian Armed Forces, former campaign team members and some exciting new additions. Despite our diverse background and skill sets, we share one thing in common: a passion for leadership.
